Together with Rijssen-Holten council, we have been nominated for the Grand Prix Awards, the ultimate awards for the best content marketing examples in the Benelux! The Grand Prix consists of Awards for the most successful strategies and Distinctions for outstanding productions and specific categories.
The Awards are recognition for organisations that utilise content in a structural manner that is aimed at the long term, to achieve certain communication, marketing or sales targets. The best strategies are rewarded with a gold, silver or bronze award. The various categories are divided over B2C, B2B, B2E and ‘Not for Profit’. There is also an award for content campaigns as part of a longer term strategy. The principles of the Awards are simple: the communication objective, the chosen resources and the budget-related effects. The jury also appreciates innovation.
Together with Rijssen-Holten council, we have been nominated in the ‘Not for Profit’ category for the #BBTY project, a campaign aimed at establishing contact between the council and young people. A significant challenge, because it is ‘no easy thing’ for a council to get through to its young people. Time for action! But how? Rijssen-Holten council created a mysterious guerrilla campaign. A strong social media strategy created a viral effect. The result? The intended result was exceeded by 700% and more than 30% of young people from the entire municipality are on board when thinking about the future of the municipality. The winners will be announced on 26 November at Grand Prix Content Marketing in Amsterdam.
