Record number of nominations for Adwise at Global Agency Awards 2025

Never did we receive so many Global Agency Awards nominations as in 2025. Together with eight different clients, we're in the running for no less than nine awards. The diversity of categories is particularly notable. In addition to major categories like best social media campaign (3) and best integrated campaign (2), the international panel also finds our cases in Account Based Marketing and AI worthy of an award. This is a fantastic recognition of our work across the entire digital field. The winners will be announced on April 10th.

Continu Professionals I Best integrated campaign
Continu Professionals, specialized in placing professionals in construction, engineering, and civil engineering, sought ways to improve their application process and attract more qualified candidates. Together with Adwise, we developed an integrated campaign strategy utilizing advanced data technologies and personalized marketing tactics.

We developed personalized landing pages that dynamically adjusted to the visitor's location, leading to an improved user experience and higher conversion rates. Through our approach, we not only increased the number of applications by 20%, but also improved the quality of candidates and the efficiency of the recruitment process. This resulted in a 30% increase in successful placements, achieved through advanced segmentation and targeting that enabled us to reach the right candidates at the right moment.


Continu Professionals I Campaign Effectiveness Award
Continu Professionals wanted to increase the number of applications and optimize the efficiency of their advertising spend. In collaboration with Adwise, we implemented a data-driven campaign integrating various advertising channels to create a seamless candidate journey.

We used advanced tracking and analytics to monitor candidate interactions and optimize campaign performance in real-time. Our strategy led to a 25% increase in the number of applications and a 40% improvement in cost per application. Integrating ATS data with our marketing platforms allowed us to attract not just more, but better candidates, resulting in a higher hiring ratio of 15%.

This approach demonstrated the importance of an integrated strategy and emphasized how effective data use can lead to significant improvements in both reach and conversion within recruitment marketing.

Electro World | Best social media campaign
Electro World, known for its personal customer service and high-quality product offerings, sought ways to enhance customer engagement and support local stores.

Through a series of hyper-localized social media campaigns, we increased local visibility and foot traffic to the stores, resulting in increased sales and improved customer loyalty. The primary result was a 50% increase in local store traffic and a 75% improvement in local ad ROAS.


Elektramat | Best integrated campaign
Elektramat looked for ways to strengthen its market position despite a general market downturn. With a fully integrated campaign that combined data-driven insights and a multi-channel marketing strategy, we were able to significantly increase sales and improve customer engagement. The main result was a 49% increase in total sales, giving Elektramat a strong lead in the market.

LedLoket | Best use of AI in a client campaign
LedLoket wanted to drastically reduce the costs of creating lifestyle images while simultaneously increasing sales. We deployed AI technologies to quickly and cost-effectively generate high-quality images.

This approach not only led to significant cost savings but also increased customer engagement and stronger sales figures through improved advertising campaigns that resonated with the target audience. The primary result was a 95% cost saving on the production of lifestyle images and a 20% increase in overall sales.

Petite Amélie | Best PPC campaign
Petite Amélie faced the challenge of increasing the visibility and sales of its stylish and sustainable children's room products. We implemented a PPC campaign focused on hyper-personalized ads and innovative data use.

By deploying smart algorithms to optimize ads and budgets, we significantly improved ROAS and gained more returning customers, resulting in a stronger market position and better customer retention. The main result was a 35% increase in ROAS and a 20% increase in returning customers.



Soudal | Best social media campaign
Soudal, Europe's largest independent producer of sealants, adhesives, and foams, looked for ways to organically reach its target audience given declining engagement on social platforms. Together, we focused on creative 'DIY content' on Instagram and TikTok, significantly increasing their visibility.

This approach not only improved Soudal's visibility but also created a real DIY community where people actively share content featuring Soudal products. The primary result was a 120% increase in engagement on TikTok and a 30% growth in the community within the first year.


SPAR Recruitment I Best use of ABM
SPAR Netherlands was looking for effective ways to attract new entrepreneurs daily to join their franchise formula. We developed an automated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) flow that automatically identifies and approaches potential candidates, significantly improving the efficiency of the recruitment process.

This strategy resulted in a quicker sorting between interested and uninterested candidates, making the recruitment process much more efficient. The concrete result was a 50% increase in lead conversion ratio within six months.

SPAR Recruitment | Best Social Media campaign
SPAR Netherlands focused on attracting young part-time workers for their stores, where it was essential not only to attract attention but also to complete the application process. In our campaign, we used TikTok and WhatsApp to reach and activate the younger target audience, addressing the drop-off points in the application process.

We implemented TikTok lead forms directly linked to automated WhatsApp messages, making it easy for candidates to complete their applications. This tactic resulted in a remarkable increase in the number of completed applications, with an improved conversion ratio of 43% from leads generated via TikTok.

The main result was an increased application ratio of 1 in 8, a significant improvement from the previous ratio of 1 in 10. These results highlight the effectiveness of our integrated approach to social media and instant messaging platforms, distinguishing SPAR in the recruitment of young talent.
