The approach

Revolutionary all-in-one customer service.

We devised smart connections between telephone exchanges, our proprietary interconnection platform, a speech-to-text model and a Language Model (LLM). This integrated solution allows us to answer customer questions in a low-threshold and direct manner. The result is a user-friendly solution that allows customers to quickly get substantive and accurate answers to virtually any question. Can't answer a question? Then the system will automatically transfer you to the appropriate department. In short, it is an all-in-one solution that acts as an FAQ and knowledge base in one.

Thanks to our AI solution (GPT-3.5)  questions previously answered over the phone by customer service agents can now be answered directly over the phone. Even the sharing of commercial offers is possible, depending on the written prompt. And all this without staff intervention. This makes customer service more efficient than ever before!
