Supplementa faced the challenge of increasing its sales and brand awareness on Amazon within a highly competitive market. Previously, the company focused solely on organic growth and direct sales on Amazon DE, without using Amazon Ads or a targeted brand strategy, making it difficult to stand out and gain competitive advantage. To address this task, a targeted Amazon Advertising strategy was developed that combines both performance and branding.

Based on a P&L analysis, Amazon Sponsored Product campaigns were created with a focus on the best-performing categories.
